Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, milk, salt and pepper until well combined.
Shape mixture into a rectangular loaf and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix all glaze ingredients. Brush generously over the meatloaf.
Bake for 60-70 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
